Broadband Bob Report

The Broadband Bob Report is a weekly newsletter tracking the market and
technologies enabling data to be delivered over cable systems. The
publication frequently reports on product announcements, service
deployments, partnerships and alliances, purchasing commitments, and
progress within standardization efforts. Occasionally, the newsletter
includes exclusive feature stories and market analysis. The Broadband Bob
Report targets providers and vendors in the data over cable market.
Distribution is provided through the CATV CyberLab web site and The
Broadband Bob Cable Modem Mailing List. Electronic subscriptions are
available to the public at no charge. The report was viewed by 6,800 web
site visitors during the last week of 02/99. During that same period, more
than 8,000 subscribers received the report from the mailing list.
Circulation of the publication has been increasing at a rate of 2% per week.

Cable Carrier News is a monthly publication covering the circuit-switched
cable telephony market. The newsletter reports on industry product
announcements, service deployments and partnerships and alliances. The
publication targets providers and vendors.

Carrier Mailing List. Electronic subscriptions are available at no charge.
The report was viewed by 18,600 web site visitors during 02/99. During
that same period, nearly 6,000 subscribers received Cable Carrier News from
the mailing list. Circulation of the publicatioin has been increasing at a
rate of 1% per week.

(Internet Protocol) market. The publication reports on new product
announcements, service deployments, trial deployments, connectivity

issues, and progress within standardization efforts. The publication
targets providers, carriers, and vendors.
Distribution is provided through the IP xStream web site and the xStream
Mailing List. Electronic subscriptions are available at no charge. The
report was viewed by 4,800 web site visitors during the last week of 02/99.
During that same period, the IP Pulse was sent to 9,988 subscribers of the
mailing list. Circulation of the publication has been increasing at a rate
of 3.5% per week.
